Level Up Bakery is a small-batch bakery built by teen baker Bryceson and now powered by a mom-and-son team with big goals, bold flavors, and a whole lot of creative energy.
It started with an electric scooter.
What began as a simple goal — earning money to buy an electric scooter — turned into something much bigger. At just 13 years old, Bryceson came up with the idea to start a bakery business, combining his love of baking, cooking, and video games into what is now Level Up Bakery.
The name, the vibe, and the whole energy of the brand came from who he already was: creative, competitive, curious, and always ready for the next level. What started as a kid with a goal quickly became a real small business with a growing menu, loyal customers, and a story worth sharing.
Now 15, Bryceson is saving for his first car and chasing even bigger dreams. He is currently part of the culinary program at Rock 9, where he has already started making a name for himself as a freshman.
Now it’s a mom-and-son mission.
As Level Up Bakery grew, Bryceson’s mom, Kelsey, joined the mix to help bring the brand, website, packaging, photos, orders, and customer experience to life. Bryceson brings the baking, flavor ideas, and culinary passion — Kelsey helps turn those ideas into a business that can grow with him.
Together, they’re building more than a bakery. They’re building a place where creativity, entrepreneurship, family, and really good desserts all come together.
Leveling Up Fast
Culinary Student
Bryceson is currently in the culinary program at Rock 9, building real skills and learning the craft behind the food he loves to make.
First Competition Win
As a freshman, he found success early by winning his first culinary competition and proving that big dreams can start young.
Kids Teaching Kids
Bryceson was awarded state champ for Kids Teaching Kids and was featured in the Medical City cookbook.
Entrepreneur of the Year
He won Entrepreneur of the Year for Rockwall’s Lemonade Day 2025, turning his business idea into a recognized success.

Level Up Bakery is still growing one drop, one order, and one new idea at a time. From cookies and mini cakes to cookie sandwiches and weekly sweet drops, every treat is part of Bryceson’s journey toward his future — and every order helps him keep leveling up.
